Returns and Customer Satisfaction
We truly hope you are fully satisfied with the products that you purchase from our company. If it is not the case, we ask that you please contact the reseller represented on your packing slip for return or warranty services.
Warranty
A. General Provisions – A&I Products (“A&I”) and Sunbelt Outdoor Products (“Sunbelt”) provide this limited warranty to the original purchaser of new products from A&I or Sunbelt purchased in the U.S. or Canada. Under these warranties, A&I and Sunbelt will replace any covered product, which is found to be defective in material or workmanship, during the applicable warranty term. However, the purchaser will be responsible for installation costs, any service calls, transportation and/or freight costs associated with returning the product to the A&I or Sunbelt retailer’s place of business (except where prohibited by law), any premium charged for overtime labor requested by the purchaser, and any service and/or maintenance not directly related to any defect covered under this warranty.
B. What Is Warranted – Except as provided in paragraph C, all new A&I and Sunbelt products are warranted for the term from date of purchase as set forth below.

C. What Is Not Warranted – A&I and Sunbelt do not provide any warranty for the following: (1) A&I A/C compressors not installed by a licensed or certified A/C repair shop; (2) used products; (3) any equipment that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by A&I or Sunbelt; (4) depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions/recommendations, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, vandalism, collision, or accident (5) special order items; (6) pistons, rings or liners that are not ordered as parts of an overhaul kit; and (7) components that have been disassembled or dismantled.
D. Securing Warranty Service – To submit a warranty claim, (1) bring the product to the original selling A&I or Sunbelt retailer within the applicable warranty term; and (2) present the original sales ticket showing the date of purchase. A&I and Sunbelt reserve the right to review the warranty claim and inspect the product prior to granting warranty coverage.
E. No Implied Warranty, Representation or Condition – To the extent permitted by law, neither A&I nor Sunbelt nor any other company affiliated with them makes any warranties, representations, conditions or promises express or implied as to the quality or performance of the product covered by these warranties other than those set forth above, and NO STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE MADE. To the extent legally required, implied or statutory warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to THE applicable warranty PERIOD set forth on this page. The purchaser’s only remedies in connection with the breach or performance of any warranty on ANY A&I or SUNBELT PRODUCTS are those set forth HEREIN. In no event will A&I, SUNBELT, or any company affiliated with THEM be liable for incidental or consequential damages OR INJURIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF CROPS, LOSS OF PROFITS, RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS. (NOTE: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
F. NO A&I OR SUNBELT RETAILER HAS ANY AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, CONDITION OR PROMISE ON BEHALF OF A&I OR SUNBELT, OR TO MODIFY THE TERMS OR LIMITATIONS OF THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY.
